The Jaguars raced out to a 26-12 first quarter lead shooting lights out 9-11 (82%) in the opening ten minutes. Kalvina Eubanks hit 3-3 three pointers in the first against Holy Cross' zone.

Cencere McDaniel scored 17 first half points and the Jaguars led 45-22 at halftime (GSU hit 16-26 FGs - 62%) in the first half and was 4-5 threes.

Holy Cross (1-4, 0-1) - came back to within six points in the second half and were down by 25 points in the ball game.

GovState was led by Cencere McDaniel with 26 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals.

Davina Smith had 21 points, 9 rebounds, Kalvina Eubanks scored 12 points, 2 steals and Alexis Warren had 13 points, 5 rebounds.
